What is the UJALA scheme?
Hon’ble Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi described the LED bulb as “Prakash Path” – “way to light". A simple act of change of one light bulb to LED at South Block Prime Minister's office heralded a movement in the entire country for considering the same change. The initiative is part of the Government of India’s efforts to spread the message of energy efficiency in the country.UJALA scheme aims to promote efficient use of energy at the residential level; enhance the awareness of consumers about the efficacy of using energy efficient appliances and aggregating demand to reduce the high initial costs thus facilitating higher uptake of LED lights by residential users. It may be noted that the scheme was initially labelled DELP (Domestic Efficient Lighting Program) and was relaunched as UJALA.
We are looking for Manpower Supply Agency for Execute this Project in following State :-

3 Uttar pradesh
4 Maharastra
5 Manipur
6 Mizoram
7 Tripura
8 Goa
9 odisha
1.1 Deliverables: Distribution Agency needs following deliverables from MANPOWER SUPPLIER :-
i) Submission of stock reconciliation statement weekly, on every Friday
ii) Collection of balance LEDs, tube lights, and fans and submission of same along with consent deed
and other related documents to Distribution during final settlement process.
iii) Submission of Daily Amount collection deposit receipts in the account of Distribution Agency
through RTGS/NEFT against LED bulb, tube lights, and fans sales.
1.2 Payment terms: MANPOWER SUPPLIER shall be paid INR ______ (Inclusive of all taxes as applicable)
against each LED Bulb distribution, INR ______ (Inclusive of all taxes as applicable) against each Tube
light distribution, and INR _____ (Inclusive of all taxes as applicable) against each fan distribution.
Distribution Agency shall do payment on basis of submission of following deliverables by
MANPOWER SUPPLIER :-
iv) Signing of agreement
v) Deposition of Security Deposit
vi) Submission of stock reconciliation statement weekly, on every Friday
vii) Submission of original invoices to Distribution Agency Project office, as received along with the
consignment.
viii) Collection of balance LEDs, tube lights, and fans and submission of same along with consent deed
and other related documents to Distribution during final settlement process.
ix) Submission of Daily Amount collection deposit receipts in the account.
Payment shall be done within 15 days from the date of invoice raised.
Submit the invoice in every 15 days; the first invoice should be raised after compliance of above
deliverables (i to v) and after completing 15 days from the date of start of LED, tube lights, and fans
distribution.
